liked this secure apartment in buenos aires. staff were best, had a good stay on vacation. its location was brilliant, 5 minutes drive from a gargantuan flower sculpture. it was really close to the airport, argentina, and the callao subway station.

Location is excellent, room is big with everything inside....excellent relation money and quality
When i arrived, 5 am, i have to wait until 815am, because 815am starts to work the reception. So i have to sleep in a sofa 3 hours waiting the hotel's staff. This is not a hotel, this is an apartment. This was not clear in booking description. 815am told me not room in this hotel, and i have to walk 2 blocks to other hotel same owner. And also, i stayed one night more, and they were not clear with the fare.

Very clean, the apartment was brand new.
There was no safe in the room when I arrived, and when they installed one it took almost an hour, since the first model they brought was not working. Then they left the instructions for the first model for me and they didn't work with the one they ended up installing, which made me lose a lot of time to find out what the problem was and why I couldn't retrieve my passport and money. There was construction noise from across the hallway during the daytime. Walls are very thin and you can hear the neighbors having "a good time" throughout the night. Also, on Sundays the maid insists on coming in even if you try to sleep in, because they only work until 3 pm and have to get all the rooms done faster than on a weekday. There are no "Do not disturb" signs in the room.

Large spacious room with kitchen area in good location close to restaurants and shops. Ten minutes walk from recoleta cemetery and craft Market.very nice outdoor pool and seating area also sauna and small gym.
Reception closes at 6pm so I'm not sure how easy it would be to check in if you arrived afte this time.

Kitchen facilities so we made dinner for ourselves one night and were able to have a relaxing night in. Laundry facilities were also good though trying to find change in Buenos Aires is close to impossible!
No tea or coffee provided though room had kitchen.

Rooms were fairly new and nice contemporary design. Had efficiency kitchen and maid service that would clean dishes as well. Front desk staff were helpful and spoke English well. 24 hour security was a plus. The cafe downstairs was very nice, helpful, and generous. Coin operated washer and dryer was useful. Although didn't make use of it, there is a gym facility, pool, and sauna/spa.
Some construction noise one day for work they were doing in another unit. Front desk is available only from 8-5. There was a leak in the bathroom sink.

The room was excellent. Had a flat-screen tv on rollers to go from the living room to the bedroom area. Did not watch much tv as the location was right in recolota, close to many bue activities and/or short subte ride to other barrios. The room had an excellent balcony and rooftop pool to use. The cafe downstairs where breakfast is included was one of the best in the city for coffee and service. The lunch was excellent too. I highly recommend iq Callao.
Our friends room was very different, not as nice of a set-up (for approximately the same price). No bathroom fan and there is not regular towel and cleaning services like a hotel. The queen-sized bed is a 2- single bed set-up (standard for bue).

Everything apart from the below. All-in-all great value for money.
Complicated check-in/out procedure (no computer at reception, no receptionist after 5 pm, so you have to deal with the security guard instead, etc). Wi-Fi connection did not work.

Good location, close to coffee shops and a few minutes walk to other shops. The hotel is new and so are the staff which are trying hard to make a good job. The rooms are nice and clean, but can get a bit noice from neighbours.
No trash bins on the pool deck and people end up trowing ciggarett butts anywhere which often blows into the pool water. Hope they will put some trashbins in public areas.
